I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Swim School Director. All of these roles have come into my life based on my passions and life experiences.

For years I lived, uncomfortably, with gut issues, anxiety (which took me years to acknowledge and understand), and episodes of low mood. All tests came back ‘normal’ so I was told to live with it, which I could not accept.

Through dietary and lifestyle changes, I have successfully turned my life and health around and now I help others to do the same.

Often our health takes a backseat when we are trying to work full time, take care of family members, maintain relationships and have a social life!

Our bodies will only cope so long before they start sending out SOS signals in the form of symptoms.
